Do you DJ the event yourself?
Yes, always. You plan with me, you get me on your event day. No strangers assigned at the last minute — ever.
What types of events do you cover?
Weddings are my specialty, but I also do corporate events, private parties, cultural celebrations, milestone birthdays, holiday parties, and ecstatic dance events. And now,
Conscious Events — intentional pre-wedding experiences for couples and wedding parties.
What areas do you serve?
All of Southern California — San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, Temecula, and the Inland Empire. San Diego native, so SD is always home base.
What's included in every package?
DJ and MC services, professional sound system, dance floor lighting, uplighting, vintage audio guestbook phone, digital message file, and full setup and teardown. Everything you need — nothing you don't.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you have a date. I only take one event per day, so popular weekends fill fast — especially May through October.
What is your pricing?
Three flat packages: Essential (up to 4 hrs) at $1,800 · Standard (up to 6 hrs) at $2,400 · Full Day (up to 8 hrs) at $2,900. Additional hours at $300/hr. A $1,000 retainer secures your date, with the balance due 14 days before your event.
What happens if something goes wrong with equipment?
I carry backup equipment to every event. After 30 years in this industry I've seen everything — and learned to be ready for all of it.
Can I give you a do-not-play list?
Absolutely — and I encourage it. Your event should sound like you, not a generic playlist.
What's the audio guestbook phone?

Do you have experience with bilingual events?
Absolutely. San Diego and Southern California are beautifully diverse — I'm experienced reading multilingual rooms and curating music that speaks to everyone on the floor.
